City Mode Associates, a private firm, which engages in architectural design and constructions in Ghana. We have over 20 years’ experience in designing and building industry nationwide. We are specialized in designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing and meets our client’s needs at an affordable cost.
Mr. Hoffmann Lartey, our principal Architect is an associate member and a past secretary of the Ghana Institute of Architect. We have associate staff in related construction fields that complement the activities of our company. They include Land Surveyors, Mechanical, Electrical and Geotechnical Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.

Design Studio
This department focuses on having a better understanding of the client’s needs and demands.
Headed by the Principal Architect, and includes architects and draughts men, the ideas of the team together with the client’s visions are converted into images that everyone can understand. Stages include conceptualizing the ideas and design, generating visuals in the form of plans, elevations and 3-dimensional images. They are forwarded to the Structural Engineer for the structural design of the project as well as associated consultants to provide expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering.
Before the designs are forwarded, discussions will be held regularly between the client and the director, to allow for the client and whole team to be on the same page with respect to the particular design.
