This design is a 3 bedroom 3 no.

apartments.

The design uses the concept of

staggering to create the spaces

for the apartment. A courtyard is

integrated in the middle flat to

properly light and ventilate that

block. The blocks are stacked such

that each block has 3 levels with a

bedroom attic created on the last

level.

The ground floor comprises a linear

arrangement of the public and semi

private spaces and the first and

second floors comprise of the

private spaces (bedrooms).

Voids are incorporated to allow

for lighting and ventilation

of the spaces.
