This design is a 3 bedroom 4 no.

apartments on a 2 plot size of land.

The design uses harmony and

symmetry to create the spaces

for the apartment and the blocks

are mirrored to create the next set

of apartments.

The design is laid out to create

spaces for parking, a backyard

and a boy’s quarters.

The ground floor comprises a linear

arrangement of the public and semi

private spaces and the upper floor

comprises of the private spaces

(bedrooms).

Voids are incorporated to allow

for lighting and ventilation

of the spaces
