The design employs the concept of

staggering to create the facade

for the apartment. Courtyards and

voids are integrated in the design

to ensure properly lighting and

cross ventilation for the spaces.

The ground floor is configured such

that the bedrooms are along one

wing with an option kitchen and the living and dining spaces open as

well. The design is repeated for the

second floor with cantilevered

& extensions to make the spaces

bigger. The stairs leading to the top

“floor is attached to one side on the

building. Balconies are also

integrated into the design.
